Terms of Service

1. Overview
This website is operated by Nordstoke ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here (Refund Policy, Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility
By using this site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use it. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products
All products are made to order (print-on-demand). Product images are mockups; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process. We try to display colours and details accurately but do not guarantee that your display is accurate. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in NOK and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or listed in error. Payment must be received in full before an order enters production.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we send order confirmation and/or begin fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or stock/printing issues). Change or cancellation requests must reach us within 12 hours of ordering, as items move quickly into production.

6. Shipping & delivery
Because items are made to order, delivery is production time plus shipping and typically takes around 1–3 weeks, longer for some destinations. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & refunds
Returns, refunds, and your 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, text, and the Nordstoke name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use it without our written permission.

9. Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information on the site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or our products to break any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, harvest data, or interfere with the site's operation.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" except for rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nordstoke is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Norwegian and EU/EEA law (including forbrukerkjøpsloven and angrerettloven).

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nordstoke harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence. EU/EEA consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; the current version is always posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
