Shipping Policy

Every Nordstoke piece is made to order — printed for you when you order, then shipped from the production partner closest to you. Delivery is production time + shipping time.

Production: most items are produced within 2–5 business days.

Shipping after production:

• US, UK & EU/EEA: typically 3–7 business days
• Canada, Australia & rest of world: typically 5–10 business days

Total time from order to doorstep is usually 1–2 weeks for most destinations. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost: calculated at checkout by destination. Free shipping on orders over $100.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Customs & duties: orders shipped outside your local region may incur import duties/taxes set by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility and aren't collected at checkout.
